Richmond, CA–DiCon Lighting achieved ISO 9001:2008 accreditation in January 2010, inheriting foundational quality features from parent company DiCon Fiberoptics for a guarantee of high quality management standards that are recognized globally.
With a proven quality management system in place, DiCon Lighting’s parent company DiCon Fiberoptics has been ISO recognized since the 1990s and AS9100B recognized since 2008. AS9100B is the more stringent standardized quality management system, specifically developed for the aerospace industry. Highlighting DiCon Fiberoptics’ commitment to excellence across its business, it was a natural step to extend ISO certification to its LED lighting division, DiCon Lighting. |

ISO even extends qualifications down to engineering and product design stages, giving customers absolute assurance and a level of confidence that DiCon Lighting will continue to consistently produce quality products with the customers’ needs in mind. Under these ISO guidelines, DiCon Lighting will quickly develop products such as the already existing FiberLamp LED fiber optic illuminator, to meet architectural and entertainment market demands. |
